Note that Cyber Sleuth/Hacker's Memory's English translation is a hot mess, and I try to correct for that in RP, both in terms of polishing up the game's stilted phrasing and correcting outright errors or weird translation choices. If anything I play contradicts something you know about Cyber Sleuth, or if artistic liberties I take with character voice etc are shooting off in the wrong direction, please please let me know, I crave and cherish this information.
The most jarring instance of this: Wormmon uses feminine speech patterns throughout the game, even before the Erika memory stuff gets rolling, but for some reason the English text defaults to "he" the whole time. I have Erika refer to Wormmon as "she" or "it" depending on canonpoint.
